Terms

By contacting with Determan Technology, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from contacting business with Determan Technology.

Template Use License

Determan Technology may use template designs or templated aspects to construct a website. All templates and or other template aspects of a website used in the construction of a website by Determan Technology will follow the Terms of Use of the originating owner of the material. In no way may you or Determan Technology Claim Intellectual Copy Rights to template material. The most common forms of templates used by Determan Technology are originated from Vilord’s Media, Template Rover, and Template Monster. Vilord’s Media material is for download by Determan Technology only through their premium membership to their organization. Template Rover templates whether being purchased through Determan Technology's premium membership or puchased individually by the client, follow all licencing aggreements put in place by the manufacturer. Template Monster templates whether they are being purchased from Template Monster directly or an affiliated reseller may be used for one project per non-unique license. Any other template besides listed above must be approved for you by Determan Technology before contracting business. Determan Technology may state a visual link on a website with permission of the client, this link is for advertising purpose only and in no way is Determan Technology claiming Intellectual Copy Right to material used from templates.

Use Licence

Permission is granted to Determan Technology to acquire two copies of the materials “content information, login information, or pictures” from any project Determan Technology is contacted to complete. This will be used in the event of an upgrade to your current project or to recover a project if it were to be lost by the client.

Limitations

In no event shall Determan Technology be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the service of Determan Technology, even if Determan Technology or a Determan Technology authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Determan Technology's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Determan Technology does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Determan Technology may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Determan Technology does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
